How so? . if you are on the go and dont have the time to prepare foods and evwn if so its hard to git your numbers depending on your goals.

Protein powder can be essential. Also and many dont agree with this i do however. Is fast adsorption after a workout

Combat Cookies and Creme.- so sweet it's unpalatable. I ended up mixing it with a scoop of chocolate to make it bearable. Took me 4 months to finish

Best-

Xtreme Formulations- XF UP 2.0. Cinnamon Roll with milk and Lemonade mixed with water

-PES Select - Snickerdoodle

- Bodybuilding.com Signature Cookies and Cream

- just got the BB.com Signature Oatmeal Cookie and it's pretty fuking good. Definitely taste the oatmeal part. Was worried that it was going to be super sweet but it's not at all

-OG Myofusion chocolate

OP this is outside your question, but this stuff actually has no taste but it is all I use anymore:

It is just dehydrated egg whites and a little lecithin to prevent clumping; 25g scoop = 20g of protein.

If you dump a scoop in a glass of water you can't tell it is there. two scoops the water gets a little cloudy. Three scoops it starts to get chalky. But I like the flavorless aspect as it can go in anything - Gatorade, smoothies, etc. One thing I really like is to blend it and a carrot in with bloody mary mix.

ON Casein CnC is the worst flavor.

Indeed it was. Back then you didnt have a lot of options.

Preworkout regardless of brand id add oatmeal and some all natty PB.post workout straight water with it.

Best: BPI WHEY HD PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM BAR

Worst: maybe like a generic chocolate or strawberry. Never really had a super horrible powder. Maybe like a generic ON. I like the more interesting flavors. Thats not to say these were BAD, just hate bland flavors.
