I never buy new clothes anymore. Hell the only reason I got a new pair of shoes this past weekend is because my big toe was sticking out of my show the hole got so big. I just wear the same crap until it falls apart.

No, it's the one thing that makes me feel somewhat human. I definitely dress like I'm going into an office with a stick up its ass, although weekends are reserved for my quality lesbian trucker from Maine aesthetic.

yes and no. most of my clothing is cheap as hell - why spend $50 on a cotton tee shirt when a $10 from target will look just as good if you are in shape? especially since I don't want to wear anything logo'd except for the odd thing with my Alma mater on it. Designer clothes are for weak minded people.

I do spend real money on jackets, shoes, watches since those will actually last if taken care of. even then, I don't buy for a brand name, but construction.

I wear poverty Old Navy t shirts because they fit me the best. Have recently been thinking of trashing the majority of my wardrobe and just replacing it with black/blue/grey t shirts. T shirt and Levi's daily crew

Exactly this (even the lesbian trucker part. Ok, notsrs I actually just wear gym clothes on the weekend)

I actually do still go to the office though. Would probably just wear sweats every day if I was WFH

The $10 shirts from Hanes don't feel nearly as comfy as the $20 Adidas and those are worse than the $50 shirts from AE.

You get what you pay for.

Once I have a job of my own I'm going to be flexing so hard on you brokecels

Bro, I make plenty of money, but I don't spend money on clothes.

Kohls has an annual sale where dress shirts are $5, JC penny has one for $7. I wear plain $4 t-shirts from Walmart on the weekend with basketball shorts or sweatpants.

Chicks tell me I dress well. I dress very plain, but appropriately for work or dates or casual.

Guys who spend hundreds on their clothes are overcompensating for something.

I wear things with little to no branding. I find high value in qualilty of the material and fit.

As example, I have 8 pairs of the same black shorts and maybe 20 high quality T shirts. Wear the same thing pretty much every day these days.

I wear decent clothes, but I pretty much wear the same stuff every day. I have one nice collared shirt, one nice pair of jeans that I've been wearing for 4 years now, one nice pair of dress shoes, and a couple tank tops for the gym.

My clothes shopping consists of one single $500 online shopping binge per year, and probably 60% of clothes money has gone to gym items over the lasts couple years.
