My gf tried to raise my rent

So here's the deal. I live in my gf's house and she came at me with bunk chit about how I need to pay more since she was gonna refinance or something, I'm not sure what she was talking about since when women speak I kinda zone out. The only thing I really caught was how I was gonna have to come off more money than I have been. I could afford to pay more because I'm a Chad 10k a day CEO and have making mad bank selling the nudie pics she sends me to simps on Only Fans but why should I pay when I could keep stacking cash?

Hey OP I talked to her and She says she doesnt necessarily want kids. Also said she doesnt wanna get married until like late 30s (10yrs or so for her)... we f*cked a loooot. She went to my club with me a few nights (early close though) she went to my cf gym with me during my workouts. We went out to eat a few times. Watched a movie or two, and f*cked a looooot. She seemed normal but such a limited sample size really. She likes to drink so several of the nights i think she got drunk but aside from being a little more annoying when drunk wasn't much different.

When you're a GigaChad like me you don't get intimidated knowing your gf has been with other dudes. She let's me live at her pad at well below market value for fuks sake. My dink game is on point.

Not really worried about marriage at the moment just stacking cash deep waiting to see if any other Stacy's will give me a better deal

How do you know what market value is? Have you filled out an amortization table on the loan? What you really need is the interest amount per month, that's the market value. It declines steadily so by the end you will be paying about $50.
