Cool maps, but I imagine this info is kinda worthless at the state level.

I’m sure the avg homeowners is totally different in Los Angeles Compared to Bakersfield. Same with rent vs buy.

These maps would be good for sometime like state income tax or property tax tho

fires and earthquakes are pretty rare


even earthquake how limited is the damage? probably a smaller area and its been ages since a big one.


florida is sky high from hurricanes, one big direct hit hurricane can literally bankrupt the insurance company, risk is pretty high, i mean within any 10 year period there is prob going to be a direct hit of a major hurricane somewhere in the state.

fires are more remote, total houses ruined wont be that much, chances of big earthquake every 10 years pretty limited.
