Africa is a big hunk of geography and very diverse. Personally, I'd like to check out Kenya for the Safari, Egypt for the Pyramids, and Morocco for its unique mix of Arab and Berber culture and traditions, and Ethiopia for its unique culture and history.

And maybe South Africa...but for some reason, it doesn't appeal to me. The spiraling crime rate is just appalling.

I’ve thought of it, not sure I’d go any time soon tho. I was just watching Bald & Bankrupt’s Mauritania video and it looked like an absolute chit hole. Bombed out buildings, piles of trash next to mud huts in the Sahara, no sanitary practices in the kitchen, etc.

I was just reading that Rwanda is the safest country in Africa now. That surprised me considering their relatively recent genocide. Botswana and the Congo too. A safari would be interesting.

I went by myself two years ago. Cool place but if they spot you're tourist which isn't hard most would try and scam or cheat you any way possible.

i would not mind visiting when chit simmers down. I d like to check out some of their coast lines.

I do not think most people realize the fact that Africa has some BEAUTIFUL beaches.
