Anyone here ever had real RAGE / HATE 4 someone?(srs)

I remember a guy in my culinary class said he had to choose a different career because he started his business by himself and then hired a guy for managing but he fukked everything up and he lost the business

Said if he ever saw him again IRL he would kill him (srs)

He was like 40 and 75% of the class was fresh outta HS

I can still see the rage 😡 (srs)

Holding on to hatred is so toxic and terrible for your well-being. You have to practice acceptance and letting things go in life. It's really not worth it holding onto a grudge and getting angry at the drop of a time. In the end, the only person you wind up damaging is yourself.

I used to be filled with hatred when I was younger. I was angry at the world and really nihilistic. It didn't do me any good whatsoever.

Maybe when I wasa kid. Can't really remember. I'd feel rage before a fight of course, but I can't say I've hated anyone. That takes way too much effort.

This. It actually takes up a lot of emotional real estate to truly despise another human being. You're much better off focusing that energy on productive and constructive endeavours.

rage has got me into some trouble before and landed me in unfavorable places - never worth it

its a daily battle to maintain internal peace and not drag some tough guy of his car and beat him to death in front of his family (srs)

This. I’ve been consumed by murderous rage at the people who hurt me & the world. It’s taken years to let it go & I’m dedicating my life to it. No matter how much you deserve to be angry, rage only hurts you in the end. I’ve never been happier than once I began forgiving the people that hurt me. If you don’t forgive others, a part of you will never forgive yourself.

I don't think I've ever really hated anyone in my entire life. There are people who have really pissed me off obviously and I've held onto bitterness for longer than I should sometimes but there's no-one I'd kick off a lifeboat to die.

Use to hate my cousin 2 yr older male because he’d beat the hell outta me growing up by using his advantage. At 18 I ran into him in a parking lot in front of his moms business.

I was sitting in my car windows down, dgaf even tho I saw him I had no reason to speak. He walks infront of my care and calls me a pucey (clearly). I lost it. They didn’t press charges because he was my cousin, family and ****. I chased him (yea he ran like a bioch) after all those years of tourment because he had the upper hand were no longer in play. I didn’t do the worst to him because i was embarrassed for losing my chit over someone calling me a name. It was the whole history of bad vibe from from him.

Anyway we are fine today (15) yrs later. I don’t go have beers with him but I buy him and his family Christmas gifts.
This body holding me, be my reminder here that I am not alone.
Makes me feel eternal, all this Pain is an Illusion.
