Imagine an airborne prion with transmissibility like Covid

Surely some demented lunatic is working on creating this in a lab somewhere. Probably in China.

There is no way anyone would develop or release a prion disease on purpose. The odds of it wiping them out is way too high. No vaccine, no treatment, no antidotes.

Odds of a prion being what wipes us out eventually as a species is EXTREMELY high.
