Any of you brahs experience this? I live a "normal" life, socialize (when necessary) but alot of my personal interactions and who i "am" is forced and based on what the situation expects of me.

I feel "happy?" but i'm not sure if i am? I feel like i convince myself that i'm happy based on superficial external worth and validation and alot of what i do is what's expected of me, what's deemed as being "normal"in that circumstance.

I feel like i'm slowly losing myself and just going down a path of lunacy that essentially leads to absolutely nothing.

Any suggestions?

(ignore the typo into the thread title, i'm drunk lol)

from my experience so far, i think a lot of it is avoiding work that needs to be done. so to fill that void, you go do bs things as procrastination essentially. thats why they feel empty. not necessarily existentialist issues
