Is collagen really anti-aging? (Skin, hair, etc.)

Thinking about trying it, but obviously I won't know if it works until like my late 30s. Does anyone use it or have studies that prove it helps?
I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. I never told anybody to lie, not a single time; never. These allegations are false. And I need to go back to work for the American people. Thank you.

Snake oil bruh. Easiest way to promote collagen growth is with fillers. Yes, like what dumb bishes inject into their faces by the quart. Used in moderation, fillers have been shown to promote natural collagen growth even after the filler has been metabolized. Go get you some Restylane.

Super old retinoid by today's standards (newer molecules - better inflammatory response) but a study was done on retinoids in the 90's that showed for the most part, all retinoids have some cosmetic/anti-aging properties based on their general function. In short, retinoids unplug hair follicles, speed up then normalize cell turnover and go after inflammation thus preventing damage to the dermis when used regularly.

I started using tretinoin in March. It thins the skin in the beginning of use because it peels off the outer layer. But over time it thickens it instead due to increasing collagen production.
