Totally lost control of my overeating

I don’t know what’s going on lately but I just cannot stick to a cut or stop myself from binge eating

I’ve lost all self control lately whereas earlier in the year I could have cut for weeks easily
brb haven’t met one vaxcel who doesn’t get defensive or mad when you tell them you didn’t get it.

No “vax” for HIV after 40 years of research. No vax for cancer after 100 years of research. No vax for the common cold and yet a virus mysteriously appears and Within 12 months a “vax” is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week and we are mandated to take it ….

Seek help, binge eating disorder is still an eating disorder even if you don't have the purging that is commonly seen alongside something like bulimia. Even if you don't believe it's serious it can be and it's better to try to implement strategies to help yourself now before it blossoms into a full blown disorder.

The fast track to an eating disorder is heavily restricting your caloric intake. Srs.

Binge eating is no joke if you have ever really dealt with it.

yup, you're most likely trying to do a 180 on what you eat and cutting your calories by half and expecting your body to just roll with the punches, doesnt work like that

Doing same for a half a year. I just often feel so depressed and bored in the evening that i just can't force myself to feel hunger on top of that.

I had the same problem, what helped me was fasting most the time and walking in my spare time before bed, than eating most my calories at night before bed.

Input everything you possibly can into My Fitness Pal, or a similar macro tracker. Scan bar codes, measure things.

Go to restaurant's nutrition websites / tools when you eat at a restaurant to verify the numbers you're about to commit to from online are accurate.

If you're hungry by the time you're at a limit, eat something filling and low Calories like oats, but justify it by working out a little bit that same night.

If this routinely happens then think about how filling your foods are. 1k Calories of ice cream and cake isn't going to fill you up like 1000 Calories of oats, whey, and skim milk combo. Start considering dropping snacks and eating more entrees.
