Everyone has thoughts, you run through all kinds of lists and ideas in your head all day every day. But sometimes it helps to talk out loud. What do you talk about?

Maybe 1-2 minutes on average daily. Only time it gets out of hand is if I go deep into one of those daydreams where you actually start to feel like you're in it.

For example, I could be daydreaming about being warped to 500 A.D. with an arsenal of machine guns and ammo. When I'm deep into it, I'll start responding out loud to the conversations happening in my head.
