Kid I know burned with hot radiator fluid

I used to hang out with this kid all through middle school. He had to have skin grafts on most of his back and arms after this. His gofundme is almost at 40k. Seems painful af mane

Burns can definitely be excruciating, but it just depends how deep they go. 2nd degree burns will definitely suck ass, but 3rd degree burns might not be painful because the nerves can also be burned, which would mean no pain. Just depends how much of the dermis is damaged.

I don't understand the video lol, can someone explain what is happening? I heard radiator is burning etc, so why doesn't he just jump out? It took him a minute and a half just to stand up, but then he starts undoing his helmet and taking off his clothes? before he jumps out?? like what's going on? Is it actually hot or not really?
