Joined the no shampoo crew, I'm a believer now

I wanted to give it a try years ago but always caved in after 1-2 days, my hair looked so oily and dirty that I had to use shampoo.

I decided to give it another try last week and the usual happened, dirty looking oily hair by day 2 and wanted to shampoo badly.

I sucked it up and just used water, massaged my scalp like it had shampoo on and use more water.

1 week later, my hair is looking awesome now, more volume, healthier, not too dry nor too oily. It doesn't smell either.

Give it a go homies.

Welcome!

I don't know how many years I've been no shampoo now.... Chit is the actual truth. Once you get over the hump, your hair looks better and cleaner lol. Makes no sense.

You don't have to go no shampoo. What what you want to avoid are cheap shampoos that contain SLS (Sodium lauryl sulphate)

Does going no shampoo do anything to mitigate extremely aggressive male pattern balding?

ITT the OP admits he is a dirty mouth breathing incel that has put himself in a glorious self imposed quarantine as he is ugly anyways.

I've been mostly no shampoo for the last year. I use it maybe once a month when my hair gets legit dirty (mud, dirt, etc). Besides that I just go straight shower water and massage the **** out of my head and it works perfectly. I've never had anyone mention anything about nasty/smelly hair. Win win dawg
