Anybody just lol @ filling out these diversity surveys?

minority brah here, but can't help but cringe at these surveys. Parent company is an American company and even as a Canada brah I've never had to fill a survey this woke in my life lol. The feel when you're a minority but are almost never mentioned when it comes to diversity. Feels bad man. A bunch of other questions too like "Are we doing enough for diversity, hiring practices, etc" and a bunch of other loaded stuff.

Oh man I love this kind of stuff. The ones I've seen ask for your gender identity (that "other" box gets a novel from me,) sexual orientation, political orientation/leanings, and about ancestral trauma lmao. To their credit the last half of the survey is actual inclusive questions, "I feel like I belong here" "I feel valued and respected by my manager" etc. and it's been an interesting and welcomed to see a shift to inclusion from diversity and even more exciting, to actually see change happening in how inclusivity is embraced. But I will never stop being weirded out by the resulting power point graphs on the types of people my colleagues prefer to fuk.
Train hard, train smart, have fun!
