My town hasn't decorated for christmas this year

Every year on Main St in my town they put up merry christmas banners and wreaths on the street light poles and usually have a big christmas tree in the park down town with lights but this year I noticed there is nothing. Like no chrismas decorations at all. I just realized it yesterday and started thinking how odd that is. This is the first year they didn't do that.

Is anyone else's town like that this year?
