Any of you ever gotten hired with a company but it was for a job where
You just wanted to get your foot. In the door and then get hired from within for the role ylu actually wanted and are qualified for. And eventually landed that role.
For instance im working as an account coordinator but ive worked In IT most all my life and going to try and slide into that role. This company also has a NOC i believe. So the upside is there is it can be arranged.

They’ll feed you bull**** and never promote you or change your role. They’ll just hire someone who already has a lot of experience for your position than take the time and money to train you.
Businesses always go with the cheapest training and candidate.
