You don't need anyone, people come and go and that's and alpha mindset to have. Been having issues getting there though. I have external confidence but my internal dogma is a mess..the external confidence does not reflect what's going on inside.
A bunch of hobbies? A ton of alone time? Doing things by yourself? How did you get there

Do stuff you enjoy. Spend time outdoors. Don't put too much pressure on yourself to get to a certain level in life.

This is a theme I too have struggled with OP. Lately it has gotten much better
Things that really help is just really paying attention to and directing where your focus goes. Social media and comparison is going to make it 10000x harder to enjoy what YOU are doing. Also being really honest with yourself and discovering who you are and what you enjoy. Working towards those things, having goals that truly ignite you not just because society says so. Realizing that most people are actually lame af and that you shouldn’t even want their approval or attention.
Actionable steps are things like meditating, spending time alone doing things you like minimizing social media, treating and taking care of yourself, etc

You spent 24/7/365 around yourself and no one else so might as well make hanging out with yourself a good time
And hobbies, goals, something to look forward to and wake up for everyday (purpose) is always good
