Honestly, the lockdowns are G.O.A.T. when you're loaded.

You don't even need to be "rich". You just need to be wealthy. I define "rich" as generational wealth that has been passed on or will continue to pass on. "Businesses, companies, properties, and hoards of cash etc."

Pros:

Less riff raff
Less traffic (hnnnng if you're a car guy). Road trips and canyon carving start looking like they do in the movies
Less pollution (mother earth thanks you)
Smaller lines unless you're a drive-thru poorcel
No sweat paying higher prices and ridiculous delivery/surcharge fees (it just doesn't matter and it just doesn't phase you)
You get big city benefits with the feeling of living in a small town
Poor people stay in at home and within their own areas
Less crimes on the streets and more domestic violence (this is a pro because it brings out the true colors of people)
"Contactless delivery". Hell yeah, business zuck dik to bring chit to your door and the delivery guy leaves the food at your door and fuks off. I know someone who just purchased a car this way. Salesman hated him.
You can make sloots aware of all this winning on social media and they will flock to your door.

Cons:

Bars/Lounges/Clubs are closed... But is this really a con? Only because there's "less to do". But at that point you bring the bar/club/lounge to your house and only the people you want show up.. This turns into a pro
Gyms/Parks/Recreation closed or limited. Only the true con
Airports and Airlines are jackasses
Travel to other countries is limited

Can semi confirm OP a bit.

I own a gym but don’t need the cash flow from it so basically had a commercial gym to myself and a couple buddies when they’ve been shutdown.

Order everything off Amazon anyways.

Yes there are some sloots not down to hang out, but majority have no problem coming over for Netflix and drinks. I can tell they’re becoming more and more eager as this drags along as well. (Girls that would have said no to Netflix and chill and preferred meeting for drinks seem to have given up and just come over)

24/7 time with pupperz.

Basically rock $6 sweats and a $4 long sleeves daily while my $thousand suits, dress shirts, etc., sit in the closet pressed and ready to rock but have an extended lifetime. Only time I pull anything remotely nice out of the closet is oxfords to start the night when letting in a smash piece.

And of course no matter how well off you are, no one is complaining about the saved gas, car insurance rebates, etc. that they’re receiving. I don’t think I filled my tank up in November and haven’t so far in December. $60 is $60.

And it’s not as though internet, Netflix, prime, etc. subscriptions have gone up in price.

It is pretty lol at all the poverty cells gaining weight, becoming depressed, regressing, etc., rather than taking advantage of the time to lifemaxx.

I’ll come out of covid leaner, stronger, whiter teeth, refreshed and relaxed, etc. Tons of time for reading, re-positioning investments, podcasts, meditation and reflection, etc.

Just got invited to Virgin Islands for New Years, expenses paid by my recently divorced fukk buddy that I’ve been having an affair with for two years, lol.

How’s life on y’alls side of the fence?

My whole summer. The death of the car show was actually pretty awesome because everyone did cruises instead, which I prefer.

Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

You sound like Rob from superspeeders lol. Those east coast cops are something else.

I'm in the southwest so everything runs year round thankfully. We also have newer developed roads which are ultra smooth and wide. Only con is the stone chips... Some don't like racking up the miles, but hey whats it for? Rather enjoy it for myself than save it for resale and the next guy. You can spot the enthusiasts this way.

The only show I like going to is Concours in the Hills. Its only once per year here in Fountain Hills. LA auto show was different but fun. Our C&C has been invaded by a giant army of the riff raff among other things.

The events I run are a lot like his only single day. I have thought about eventually running multi-day events but the prospects of rescheduling multiple days due to rain seems beyond annoying.

I've always wondered if I would like having year round car season. I kind of like the anticipation and year end scramble to get as much driving in as possible and I love getting away for the winter. We are in Dominican Republic right now for 6 weeks and its been pretty awesome. I can rent fun toys down here if I get the itch and there are literally 0 cops doing anything about the crap we pull. We rented slingshots and were drifting them out of the lot, no one seemed to care.

I have no issues.

I live in S Cal and I spend from 6 AM to 2 PM trading stocks. These past 8 months have been the most profitable stock times of my life. Cleared over $5 M in profits. And I have traded all of my life.

Done with that? Shower.

Maybe go get a massage. Or work out.

Go to grocery store. Buy food for tonight's dinner.

Get home bet horse races online for a couple hours.

Fix dinner for my wife and I. I love to cook. Turn on some Above and Beyond while cooking.

Get done with dinner take dogs for a walk.

Sit out on the deck of our new $1.5 M home full of Christmas lights.

Come in. Watch the latest TV series we are into.

By 10:30 get ready for bed and browse webs again. Maybe MISC.

Sleep.

Next day start over.

Very stress free if I am I being honest.
