Rate my Friday evening cocktail /10

My obsession with Japanese traditions continue, I found this Ume whisky at my local store, around 35 bucks. Epic highball

2 oz Ume whisky onto ice, stir 13.5 times to chill and dilute.
Add high quality soda water to the side of the glass, avoid creating excessive bubble turbulence. Fever tree works awesome here around 3 ish oz
Orange peel expressed for some oils, and one last dip of barspoon to mix.

idk if im mirin the fact that youre probably sitting shirtless outside consuming said cocktail or the the cocktail itself more

I usually do 2 or so. No more than that. Thin the blood a bit.
