Check out the Roof of my Washroom (PICS)





There is no working fan in the washroom or kitchen. I have never met the landlord since moving here 1 year ago. rent 600.

I live in the crappiest house in my neighbourhood. Every house around me is 5 million +.

I usually tell sloots I am on the FIRE movement and being frugal. Never had a girl leave when I pull

I never had a girl leave yet. I just tell them im frugal and saving for a house. You should see the floors of this place. I also cant find a light switch for some lights.

I lived here for 1 year

I cant even contact my landlord and I have never met him. I sent him 6 months of rent so far and he has not collected a single one.

land lord is some chinese investor of course.

If this is not a troll thread and you are serious about staying there (I wouldn’t suggest it, that **** can kill you srs. I would do two thing for your health op.

VERY SRS.

Get a spray bottle and spray that whole bathroom with bleach. Maybe even get a respirator and clean it by hand.

Second I would invest in a few decent dehumidifiers. I’d spend at least 200 on each. Have one in bathroom and one in bedroom and another in any other connecting room. Just to try to stop the spread.

Chances are it’s spreading into the walls and can be very dangerous for your health.

I had some buddies renting a place (not as bad as yours) and the landlord wouldn’t make any improvements. They went to move out early and he tried to threaten them with charges. Coincidentally one of the ceilings collapsed that same week and it was full of black mold. He backed down after that lol.

why the bedroom if it's only in the bathroom? and how do i stop it from appearing in the first place?

Landlord fixes it and jacks the rent up to 950 a month after slapping a coat of paint on it.

Don't know why you don't clean it.
Spray it down with Castrol super clean and that mold will wipe right off.
Bit of drywall filler dobbed on the peeling texture. Stick a cheap coat of paint on it.
That's all the slumlord will do.

Moldbruh, take my posts seriously if in fact this is a serious thread.

You asked about putting a dehumidifier in the bedroom. You’ll want to do that because I assume based on your pics that mold has spread all over the house.

You want to cut the moisture down tremendously to stop the spread.

Id even suggest pumping bleach into the walls lol. Srs if you insist on living there.
