I took a Coursera class in Business Writing a couple of years ago and still get feedback on how clear and "actionable" (I hate that word) my emails are. I also took a project management professional bootcamp earlier this year, and while the actual PM part made me want to kill myself, the stakeholder management bits were immensely helpful.
For pure personal enjoyment, I've taken online courses in music theory, knitting, jazz improvisation....and the Jewish Diaspora in Modern China.

I've done CompTIA A+, Business negotiations (coursera), SQL, ICND-1, ********** ProAdvisor.
Only one that has helped me professionally so far is **********, because I actually use QBO on a daily basis.
Currently casually taking Web development with HTML5 and CCS and CompTIA Sec+

Of course you would hate some of that ****z, any person who has some level of cringe detector would sense it's all BS.
OP, I have recently decluttered my youtube because of time constraints. Although, these channels have nuggets and free youtube videos:

Used to watch Vice a lot but they went full soy so is not mostly cool ****. Vox is still kinda informational.

I got a full scholarship to the University of Hard Knockers
Best time of my life and what I learned there is still relevant.
Cheers
