How many of you actually do this and why

Autism?
To post online for validation?
For uncle rico maxxing later in life?

I'll sometimes take a video of a pr just to check my form and look for any weak points I could improve on. Also is nice to show the bros on occasion. Wouldn't ever post it on social media cause no one outside of a few lifting friends would even give a chit.

The extreme need for validation from society today is truly cringeworthy and pathetic. It's common sense psychology- you gain absolutelyzerowhen you show a video of yourself to someone. The only reason to do this is to have other people validate you for it.

I've never recorded myself in the gym, but that is kind of interesting. Would be interesting to see what my form looked like. Wonder if I look like a unit or a pleb hmmm

Also recorded a lot of my lifts because I didn't want to bomb out in competition.
