Is it possible to find true love BEFORE sex?

I understand every man wants sex but tbh I feel like it leads to a distorted perspective on a meaningful long term relationship

But then I think that men and women are literally designed for...yes...sex

However, I feel it distracts from developing true love between a man and a woman and I do not feel comfortable when men only look at me as an object as opposed to an equal human being

Yes, I know I'm overly idealistic but this is my hope...
