Why hasn't Randy Orton been arrested for arson yet? (Video Evidence)

This guy Randy Orton needs to be arrested for arson, he has torched too many items not to be!
How come the police haven't come and gotten this criminal yet?
There is a lot of video evidence of this guy burning things that he shouldn't be burning.

Most recently last Monday night: @3:15



Only a few years ago: @3:55



This man has a history of arson/burning property dating back well over a decade ago when he along with his father committed a crime!
Attempted murder: @4:20



When will this Viper...this Predator be arrested?!?!?!?

I think cuz of a WWE contract for that match that Orton is not held accountable for any of his actions. Bray's fault for agreeing.
