Is avoiding the sun the best thing you can do?
Is avoiding the sun altogether the best thing you can do to slow down aging? Obviously you should still supplement yourself with 2000IU Vitamin D3 pills at a minimum, but that's not really a big issue.
Is the sun only good for Vitamin D production?

It was all just satire. Sorry if I offended anyone with my trolling and sickening posts. Peace and love to everyone.

Consistent hydration, avoiding excessive Sun exposure, exercising regularly, sleeping as much as possible while keeping drugs/alcohol to a bare minimum is crucial for health and your physical appearance. The rest is all controlled by genetics.

No, sun is needed to prevent dying early. But you need to take retinol-A to slow down or reverse sun-caused wrinkles. But retinol-A also makes you more sensitive to the sun, so you need to cover your face more.

I'm in my 40s, nobody thinks it. No wrinkles or obvious aging and I maintain a year round light tan. I go outside for 20 minutes every day. Even in the snow. Usually wear just shorts. Can't say this proves anything but I just had a full exam and then some (all bloodwork, urine work, CT scan, etc) and I'm very healthy.

I think jogging and cardio is good for living longer too. As well as some occasional intense sweating.

Sun exposure is the #1 thing that agrees your skin, my derm said that alcohol use, smoking, and poor diet are all a drop in the bucket compared to the sun. I miss being tan, but long-term aesthetics for me are worth being pale

61 years and still sunshine is the most important thing as in my whole life.
One of the motivations which makes me keep lifting and being healthy.
Health conditions and genetics differ from person to person so I'm not saying sun is good for your health and aging.
So many good sweet memories with my wife spending on the beach, full of sunshine and blue sky when we were young.
It's a life, a true one. Couldn't imagine a life without sunshine.
