Would the country be better ran by younger folks?

Say 40-60.

Look at who's at the top in banking, large corporations, and political parties. These people are 70 and 80 years old. Just think about it for a second, how are people born in 1950 supposed to identify with younger folks born in the 1970s+? Imagine asking these people with outdated ideas for advice
