No, they were already gone when they were perceived.
What worsens is there ability to rely on cope in a world where what they want and a the exact opposites of what they can get.
Cheers

"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."

it's true that bipolar disorder can present unique challenges as individuals age, it's not a one-size-fits-all scenario. Some people may find that their symptoms worsen over time due to factors like changes in brain chemistry, increased stressors, or the development of other health conditions. However, many individuals also learn to manage their symptoms more effectively as they gain insight into their condition and access appropriate treatment and support. Personally, I've seen individuals who have struggled with severe symptoms in their youth find greater stability and balance as they mature and learn coping strategies.
It's crucial to emphasize that everyone's journey with bipolar disorder is different, and there's no predetermined trajectory. The key is to prioritize self-awareness, seek professional guidance, and maintain a strong support network. By staying proactive about managing symptoms and addressing any challenges that arise, individuals with bipolar disorder can lead fulfilling lives at any age. Remember, you're not alone in this journey, and there are resources and communities available to provide support and guidance along the way.

I'm not sure about Bipolar, but BPD and NPD seem to get a little better with age, although the people are still miserable.

if they are female, 100% yes.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

probably depends on the person. Seems like all mental disorders can both improve or worsen as you get older.
