I'm cooking a half ham.
It's about 12 pounds.
Recommendations say 15 minutes per pound so I set the oven for 3 hours.
I'm checking fairly regularly.
Is 3 hours too long?
Thanks in advance for any responses, and reps if I have 'em.

Well the house smells good and there's only 1:20 left and it doesn't look very dark so I guess I'll let it go the distance.

It was only .57 per pound so 6 bux in all. If it burns, it burns.

Sounds pretty good. I can't handle much cheese I'm a bit allergic, but not as sensitive as I used to be.
I'd go heavy on the ham, light on the cheese and extra tortilla. I love tortilla cooked on a hot stainless steel pan.
Enjoy my brother.
