New Years Resolution goal achieved.. First running session of the year, 5km..

Well, I finally did it guys and I'm damn proud of myself. Been chasing this goal for about two months which was ever since I started free-running on the waterfront and the road. Putting in 110% every damn day and night and It comes to an awesome result and that's what I ALWAYS strive for.

You guys and gals are definitely capable of ticking off these achievements you set out for yourself as well, all it takes is your very best effort and nothing more..

Feels so damn great to finally reach this especially it being the best pace out of all my 15-20 running sessions that I did.. Finishing work at 3:15am, gym till 4:20am and then running at 4:50 with just nothing but the dark sky.. Nothing but positive vibes folks, you got this ****!

Mate, go for it man. You'll be better off honestly.. even if it's just bit by bit, you'll feel so damn great after and cardio is everything when it comes to health. Gluck

Yeah it's such a good feeling too. I ran 6 km yesterday, not too fast though. Want to do a 10km within a couple months.
