the brain has no pain respecters... so why do I get headaches...

especially after I take a depression nap after eating a heavy meal, I wake up, and boom, headache

Always popping an excedrin once or twice a week.

is it dehydration or what?

dehydration is always my first guess when it comes to headaches

my girlfriend gets them around her period. maybe you have the same issue with your cycle
