How Much Zinc & Vit D Is Too Much To Take? (Srs)
I've been having some serious health problems recently with no explanation so ive concluded that I possibly have been taking too much vit d or something.
Symptoms: kidney pain, nausea, vomiting and dizziness earlier in the year, frequent urination, random testicle pain recently (Srs).
Thats all apparently stuff that vit d toxicity can give you.
ive been taking 5000 iu a day for a lonng time and 50mg zinc but maybe it has caught up to me?.
wat you guys think?
certain sites say to take only 800 iu, others said no more than 4k before possible health problems.
*shrug*
I stoppd taking all my sups, including multi as of last night and i strangely havent been urinating nearly as much already.

I've been taking at least 7,000 IUs of vitamin d3 daily for ten years now. And I'll go around 13,000 IUs if I've been around sick people or crowded places. And if I ever feel an inkling of something coming on, I'll bump it up to around 20,000 IU. Haven't been sick in forever. Blood tests immaculate.

i take like 110mg of zinc a day but i cycle it
80mg zinc oxide and 30 mg other kind of zinc
i don't think supplementing zinc everyday is good. i think zinc is one of those where u get enough in ur diet but a little more helps
vitamin d can safely be taken at 10,000 iu/day. i think u get more from being in the sun

Too much of a good thing is bad as well.

you can barely overdose on vitamin D unless you swallow a whole package everyday
with zinc you gotta watch out for zinc/copper balance
smack it boy
