What's the GOAT allergy medicine?

Currently located in the south and this tree pollen is kicking my ass. I tried Allegra, and it literally had zero effects. Just switched to Claritin. Any recommendations?

I pre-load with zyrtec before the pollen starts. need a week or two to get it in the system. seems to work okay - but the real help is wearing an N95 when I mow the lawn. Huge difference.

zyrtec-D , you need to ask the pharmacist for it, it has a powerful decongestant and legit all i use. regular zyrtec is useless

get a prescription for some stronger stuff from a doctor. used to buy allegra etc and after a while it stopped working. now I take 1 little pill a day (delortan) and dont have to worry about it at all. been taking it for years and life is so much better. also started taking this special medicine (staloral) which you spray under your tongue once a day for a few years and its supposed to make your allergies go away forever

I've gone through all the major ones (Claritin, Allegra, Zyrtec), and they've all stopped working eventually, except for Zyrtec. I just buy the generic one from Costco.

I think the best bet is probably to cycle through a couple with different active ingredients if you've been on one awhile and it's started to become less effective. Also, I suggest getting the most local honey you can find and eating a spoonful of it in the mornings. I have noticed a difference by doing that and believe that it is more or less microdosing you with allergens from pollen so that you build resistance.

It's different for everyone. Zyrtec didn't work for me, but Allegra and Claritin do
