10 yard dash- .78 hand timed.

20yds- 1.94 hand timed.

35yds- 3.59 hand timed.

40yds- 4.19 hand timed.

60meters- 6.97 hand timed.

Broad jump- 9 feet 0 inches and a quarter of an inch.

Vertical Jump- 26.5 inches.

Plus tons of gym PRs in hack squats and seated bench press with one arm and leg curls, calve raises, basically everything at the gym.

He easily holds the 10 yard wr. He should be able to run a 6 second 100m if this holds up. That 10 yard time means he average 26.18 mph for a 10 yard sprint! Man, you should be winning the Olympics in the 100m!
Usain Bolt ran a 4.22 40 yard dash. Just want to keep things in perspective on how fast this fat dude really is. Maybe On Running will sign him?
But to be fair, he is 40, overweight, and undertrained/improperly trained. In those contexts, he's not really all that bad. The problem is he's delusional, weird, and an attention whire. So it's hard to be fair with him because he's so ridiculous.

But for his age and his poor understanding of training, he does kinda well.
I'm happy that he's getting the recognition he deserves over there

Matt was one of few miscers who stood up to boblet. A lot of hate that Matt got here initially was from boblet and his dick riders. After boblet was shamed and exiled, Matt was pretty accepted here and that didn’t play into his troll so he sought greener pastures.

Matt was the hero we needed but didn’t deserve. Gone but not forgotten.

The only true strength of bench is single arm smith machine.
Why?

Because my arm is fukked so this makes it fair for me so therefor should be the gold standard guis.
