The average 22-year-old man today = to 67 year old man in 2000

Is it over for America?
The testosterone level of the average American male has declined at a rate of about 1 percent per year since the 1980s. As we crossed into the new millennium, the average American male (controlled for age and other relevant factors) had a total testosterone reading of 605 nanograms per deciliter. A scant 20 years later, and the average level has plummeted by 27 percent to just 450 nanograms per deciliter. That means the average 22-year-old man today has an average testosterone level roughly equal to that of a 67-year-old man in 2000.

My opinion

The environment keeps being feminized. Mens testes are producing

As it becomes more feminized they produce less and less, because they dont need it. Theyll keep shrinking and producing less

Keep going on for a long enough time and the penor and nuts will change or go away

At this rate, "male" will become an extinct gender pretty soon. It will morph into something different entirely with no penis. Maybe just a few semen sacks that can be used for artificial insemination until women are able to reproduce asexually.

This is the average human of the numale gender in 2121

Recently went visit my father.

-Turns 60 in a couple of months
-Wakes up at 4AM every day. Does manual labor all day every day. Has labored in the outdoors 6-7 days per week his entire life. (If he's off work he does his own projects a home).
-Still strong, lean and fit.
-Hasn't been to a doctor in over 20 years.
-Thick head of jet black hair. (Some greying in his beard now though).
-Face is still smooth and isn't overly wrinkled despite a lifetime outside in the sun.
-Also just had another child so still plugging away.

He has never eaten 'healthy' or 'organic'. Drinks a half gallon of milk every night. Crushes a couple of beers every night. Has smoked on and off for 10 years. When he was younger had a run on *******. Etc. He's about to be 60. Looks 40. Has the energy/physique of a 25 year old.

I really think males are meant to labor outside every single day. Sitting down indoors all day and easy living is neutering us as a species. Obesity, low T, depression, anxiety, etc. should not exist.

This is pretty accurate. Biologically speaking men are supposed to stay active pretty much all day until the sun goes down. Cardio is pretty much the greatest cure we have, doesn't really matter what you eat or how much, or really whatever you put into your body. If you are doing cardio pretty much all day then your overall health is better. You can even be technically "overweight" as long as you are staying active it doesn't really matter. Obese is a different story and honestly its almost impossible to become obese with an active job.

Some well known benefits of a strong cardio vascular system include
-higher test
-higher libido
-stronger erections (basically just all around you become better at sex)
-live longer
-less health problems

That isn't to say you shouldn't eat healthy but constant physical activity is more important than diet based on evidence I've seen.

Poor Sleep and Lack of Exercise more than anything. Diet is important but less so than the other two as far as test is concerned. As long as your diet has enough meat based protein in it your test levels should soar from sleep and exercise.

Mirin alpha dad. Fuark having a kid at 60, high test man. You should ask the doc to test his hormone levels would be interesting to know.

And absolutely right, men need physcial activity.

Another good article explaining this phenomenon:

I think it's mostly the sedentarized lifestyle and poor diet youngsters have this day.

All they do is smoke, drink and play video games or watch netflix

Agreed. Its why I never hated having a physical job. The pay just sucks hard unless its a trade that you've been in for a while.

I think thats why exercise is even more critical now than ever. Yet we have magazine covers promoting obesity as healthy.

Fresh air and getting the endorphins going through physical activity, IMO, can do wonders for anxiety, depression, obesity, lack of T and all of that. I truly believe lifestyle changes should be made before we just toss someone on medication in most cases. Not saying its the be all end all solution, as I do believe these things actually do exist, rather, diet and lifestyle should be examined first.

Also, I think videogames are contributing to this as well. Most people would rather game for 5 hours a day than go for a walk, atleast in the younger age bracket. Videogames are great, I love and play them, but rotting for 5/6hours can be draining, i think there needs to be self discipline with them too.

Boys used to be boys and men used to be men. They used to get hurt, get into fights, get bullied, get into trouble and all these things toughened you up. These days everyone is babied and coddled, nobody is every at fault for their actions. Food is filled with all kinds of byproducts and soy.

Its legal with a doctors prescription. Which is easy to get. Its not even really that expensive legally plus you get the benefits of a Drs supervision so its healthy.
