Landlord ignored me when I asked for my security deposit.

I moved out of my slumlords place

I asked for my security deposit

Landlord just ignores me

I didnt sign anything


How can i phuck over my landlord??

Small claims court, make sure you did your part by the book. Depends really on the state, some are LL biased, other are tenant biased.

Bro same thing happened to me back in October

The company I was dealing with was scummy , and thought they could just keep your deposit .

First I called office , office manager lied to me and said they sent it already

Waited a bit no cheque came , then I emailed twice . No Reply back!

So what I did was I actually just showed up IN PERSON at their office to confront them and I demanded the cheque .

Within like 1 day they had it for me

You just need to play some hard ball , if they have an office ...show up in person and they'll know you're nobody to fk with

Also wrote them a bad review after and their properties were dumbs

I never even met my landlord and would deal w/ the kid.

I live in a different city now. But I will be back.
