Today I Aware You On How My Life Is Changed




Absolutely GOAT. Gets nice and close to that 1:10 ratio of Protein(g):Calories(K). Way less fat, and slightly less carbs, compared to typical frozen variants you'd buy. Only downside is they have a $1 premium per bag over the alternatives, and the large sodium.

I'm a chicken nuggy fiend. And this will make my macro tracking a good deal easier, and probably keeping me fuller every day.

I mean, I probably won't get cancer from this within a year right?

Gonna try 'em out soon, bought 2 bags. Don't have an air fryer though, so just gonna go microwave route.

Bought a ninja air fryer a few months back, been making a ton of chicken in it.

Love that thing.
