Best state to retire?

Planning on retiring in 3-4 years. Looking to build And live on a lot of land. Any suggestions?

Warmer climate no winters would be nice. 70+ degrees year round. Near lakes or even on a lake.

Since you're considering Colorado/Montana, I'll throw in Utah around the Zion National Park area in St. George/Hurricane area.

I love the idea of Montana and know nothing about Colorado, but what Zion National Park has that they don't is that its not stranded in the middle of the country.
