Starting a 20lb brisket about 9pm on the offset smoker, drink all night, make breakfast at 5am, then go to bed.

Take brisket off smoker about noon, watch football, have dinner.

Me and a bunch of my friends are doing a 'Make a Wish' event. The guy has terminal cancer and has opted to stop treatment.

His wish is to ride shotgun in a supercar so we are all heading up to his house to take him for a spin.

I have never interacted with anyone that is dying before other than my own family. Talking to someone like its just a regular day knowing that their time is so short feels strange but I guess that is probably the only way to do something like this.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.
