There's a porn creator I follow on a few other social media platforms where she postssomefree content, and other stuff that you have to pay for on OnlyFans. She also has a subreddit where a mix of her free content and private content gets posted, but that is not ran by her.

Today she posted that she's been aware'd of stolen content getting reposted and will be prosecuting those infringing on her copyright.

Am I ****ed for accidentally viewing this content or is the fault at the people who've specifically stolen and distributed her private content?

Noone will prosecute you for streaming stolen content. If you do it on a platform, that has legal content as well, how could you have known?

You might get prosecuted for uploading or downloading it.

It's usually a sleazy law firm who sends out random "Intent to Sue" letters reaching for low hanging fruit. They actually work on the feeble minded and uses the threat of embarrassment that everyone will find out you downloaded some porn.

If you get such a letter, ignore it, and if they really do subpoena your ISP for your name attached to your IP address, and then sue, you defend yourself. This is rare, but it has happened.
