Is this even a choice? I'd go with power rack any day.

I have both. Despite Pavel Tsatsoulines foghorn like droning about how kettlebells with turn you into a Superman /Ronnie Coleman cross, a cage and barbell is so much better its not even close.

You have more chances of hitting yourself in the head with a kettlebell, but it seems like you don't have to worry about that.

Tough choice, to be honest.

If your just looking to keep something at home til gyms open in your Cuck Country then kettlebells are pretty good. A few kettlebells, pullup bar, and some dip bars is all you need.

If you want a poverty kettlebell to do your grandma yoga workouts why not just tie some rope to a cinderblock
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

Power rack and it's not even close. With that plus a bar you can hit literally every body part you need to get gains.

But with kb you get better conditioning? With a barbell you keep going up in weight but then stagnate at 2-3-4 plates (natty here)
