if you bought the Ghost Nutter Butter or Chips Ahoy protein powder GTFIH

I discovered that if you prep the shake, with milk, and you put it in the fridge for about 2 hours the flavor and overall quality of the shake improves significantly. It softens the cookies bits, which makes the experience much smoother, and brings out the nutter butter qualities with that.




If you got the Chips Ahoy! one—try finding an International Delights Almond Joy coffee creamer and mixing in a bit with the shake. No other preparations needed. Almond coconut chocolate chip cookie for the win.

why would i go through all of that when i could just buy a flavor thats great out of the tub?
