Most if not all content-creators have an Instagram profile and they link to their premium content from there.

Instagram can simply create tools for them to do that on their Instagram profile as the user base of Instagram is already the largest in the world.

E.g when a creator profile posts something, he can choose whether he wants it in the basic/free, premium or gold categories (or even let him allow to define ones himself).

And when a random user views the profile he can only see the categories of posts he is subbed to (with the free public posts being defaulted to visible to anyone).

The infrastructure is 75% there already.
