Do you take kreatine

I started taking kreatine monohydrate recently when gyms were opened. I had no problems with it. I even noticed some gains with it.

What do you think about it

I tried it, but it just made me bloat and retain water and gave me some crazy stomach aches. Didn’t matter if I ate or not, how much water I drank or not, or whatever. So I stopped.

Used to to use it until a few months ago when I learned it’s linked to hair loss. Fuk that.

No, I used to but the water gain in my face was not good and the strength benefit is minimal

It gave me like 5% extra strength across lifts

And was a bit bigger overall

Some of the size increase was clearly water retention, could see it in my face and overall

So aesthetically, I stopped

Also it is somewhat dehydrating

No.

Excess water retention is a no-no.

Gain like 5% strength and a few lbs of water weight.
