Jay Cutler

This is gonna sound super weird but I've been a fan of Jay for years and for some reason I'm not as inspired as I was when I watch his current videos on JayCutlerTV, his youtube channel. I feel like I was far more inspired watching his old stuff: his dvds, his old guest posing videos when he was the current Mr O (I do have a bunch of old Jays videos in my drive). Because the spirit was still there. Yes, the spirit. The fire was there when he was trying to win Mr Olympia. Now a days, I gotta admit, his current videos kinda bores the heck out of me and I honestly don't enjoy it as much. In fact, I kinda hate seeing him getting old and dating some other girl and not Kerry Cutler. I guess, I'll just watch his old stuff just to stay inspired and motivated.

Old Jay Cutler > Current Jay Cutler

Nothing last guys. If you're feeling down go back to the time where you felt super motivated and inspired and stay with it because you know deep inside it will make you happy. Whatever it is! It could be anything really.

If Jay Cutler worked for Bruce Wayne he'd be Jay Butler.

I know how you feel.

But for me it’s more how ridiculous they look to me now after their many bike rides. When I was younger I thought it was a body to aspire to have. Now it looks weird and unhealthy.

That being said I can still get down with the lifts Ronnie did on video for insperation.

Jay was always super awkward to me anyway. He seems half autist.

I don’t remember Jay Cutler ever having much fire

He always seemed kind of retarded with both the bears and the Broncos

I didn't realize he had a new girl.

I watch his videos for cardio, very down to earth. The one that gets me is where he goes to Home Depot and buys a leaf blower, you're expecting him to hit the gym and do some big stuff but the whole video is just him buying a leaf blower and lightbulbs lol.
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

You mean the top bodybuilder in the world in his prime had much more fire for training and competing to push the pinnacle of performance but now, a decade after retirement he is older and considerably more laid back about life? The shock I tell you....

Lol, why all the emphasis on having a hero figure to emulate? You've been a huge Jay Cutler homo since the beginning, I remember us having discussions in the IFBB Section many years ago. Why can't you be the hero in your own story? No one man is gonna stay king forever, Jay is now enjoying his life, as his literal biggest fan you should be happy for him.

Dogs age like 7 years to every human year.

Cut him some slack—he's 327 years old.

Doing great to be seeing that kind of time.

That's because when you were younger your dreams were unlimited. You dreamt to be someone, etc. When you're older, your priority changes and that's okay. But imo we gotta have something to do that makes us happy. For me, it's lifting. I had no ambitions to be as big as Jay when I was younger. He was just inspiring me to continue lifting. not to mention, he's a great representative of the post and very well spoken and smart and funny.

As for Ronnie Coleman, I did watch some clips of him on youtube and his videos bring nightmares to me. The dude lifts like there's no tomorrow and it's scary as heck. I remember him leg pressing thousand pounds and I felt so much dizziness, whereas Jay was pure inspiration.

If Jay Cutler accepted $5,000 from these guys to jerk on video, he’d be Gay (for pay) Cutler.

You haven't grown up after all these years, have you? What a stupid person behind that keyboard and monitor you really are.

In life, there's only so much we can do until we get down on ourselves and again look for some inspiration in life. The world has become super saturated with advent of social media and what not. Everyone is self entitled and imo it's not a good thing at all. You see all this kids on youtube trying to be popular simply because they have an outlet to put something out. Remove all of this, and they would all be nothing.

The real heros are the magazine guys and not this internet fame wanna be.

Not all all bruh.

I just realized how unhealthy and unnatural their physics look. I prefer a more functional athletic look now.

Still admire what some of them accomplish. Ronnie will be my all time favorite.

Imagine the irony, trying to give a speech about being grown up, while idolizing another man so much that you get sad when he leaves a competition and stops releasing exciting vids for you to consume.

You even preface the thread with "hey guys this might sound weird" because you know it's fuking weird.

If you need lifting inspiration from a juiced to the gills IFBB pro's pictures and videos then I got some bad news dude. You talk about growing up while you've been simping for another guy for 13 years. Maybe you should grow up, you're in your 30s now right?

I think he doesn’t wanna be a mere mortal like Dennis Wolf, but they all lose their size eventually. I mean really it’s not healthy to be approaching 50 and being 250+ of all muscle. Your heart is being taxed so hard to support that weight you’re carrying around

I mean think about it, it’s not like adipose tissue that just sits there. Muscle mass is constantly burning calories even at rest

Dwayne Johnson is almost 50 himself, yet nearly shredded at like 275 lbs. prepping for his role as Black Adam. Just lol if you think he isn’t sauced to the gills
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
