Who hasn't committed a crime though? We all have one way or another.

For what he went through, he was most certainly setup. Jeff Lowe and his bald right hand man with the teardrop tat are the guilty ones. A couple others also took deals from the FBI to falsify statements so they can get off their own charges. I did my fair share of research well beyond that Netflix series which was actually scripted against him to make him look bad. Jeff Lowe and his dude were basically handed a statement on a silver platter. Someone had to get locked up and Joe was the scapegoat.

Also, the Oklahoma Judge in the case absolutely hated gays.

This is a long video, but an extremely entertaining watch... Joe's staff loved him.

Carol Baskin should be Karen Baskin. Joe was doing his tiger shows and all and yeah he was making money off of it, but he didn't get rich, the overhead of keeping all those tigers wasn't easy. The part he lived in was basically a large trailer. Carol, who runs her own big cat thing I think felt competition and decided to use any excuse she could to shut him down. She put so much hardship on him that's when he started doing the shady stuff. Yeah, he developed a meth addiction. I think they were all on drugs. Yes, he got into an immature feud with her as well and didn't act correctly. However, think about if someone came and basically took everything from you and destroyed everything you loved and built your life around. Yeah, you might go off the deep end too. Carol is a gold digging sloot and the dissappearance of her husband is nothing short of suspicious.

If so, meh. I hardly believe that. Jeff planted the seed in Joe's head with the idea and all the Google Earth plotting. It was really all Jeff and his minion. They set him up, they recorded him and they informed the popo. Besides, even though Joe said it on a recording (unknowingly) it's the same as me telling my bro or friend "I'm gonna kill you" when they did something that triggered me... Am I gonna get locked up for that? We all know "I'm gonna kill you" is an overreaction and not serious... Yeah, it's an apples and oranges comparison but you catch my drift. Joe is/was a naive fool with a good heart that fell for a con.

Joe Exotic is not a good person, he committed a lot of illegal actions. If he is pardoned, he may go down and finish the job.
