Anyone else brush and floss their teeth obsessively?

I floss and brush after eating or drinking anything thats not water. usually 2-3 times a day. I never wait longer than 30/45 minutes after eating or drinking something to floss and brush. I dont understand how these dusty ass people walk around with a literal bacteria gigaswamp in their mouths all day. I can slide my floss like 1/8 inch into my gums without any pain or blood srs - love this for me

I use this Phillips sonicare - my cute jewish dentist recommended it to me.

love the waterpik for you brah - thats super solid. last week I was staying at a hotel and I ran out to get floss, because I couldnt bare to go to sleep even 1 night without cleaning out my gums. dont know how these disgusting people walk around all day with food rotting in between their gums.

I brush for 2 min every morning and night. Floss at night right before bed so don't eat before morning brushing. Mouthwash with fluoride both morning and night. I've also been brushing after lunch since I've been working from home.
