Anyone else brush and floss their teeth obsessively?
I floss and brush after eating or drinking anything thats not water. usually 2-3 times a day. I never wait longer than 30/45 minutes after eating or drinking something to floss and brush. I dont understand how these dusty ass people walk around with a literal bacteria gigaswamp in their mouths all day. I can slide my floss like 1/8 inch into my gums without any pain or blood srs - love this for me
I use this Phillips sonicare - my cute jewish dentist recommended it to me.

Dat enough.
I do keep a toothbrush in car for those days where I eat something that leaves my teeth feeling grimey and not gonna wait for the PM before bed cycle.

I brush for 2 min every morning and night. Floss at night right before bed so don't eat before morning brushing. Mouthwash with fluoride both morning and night. I've also been brushing after lunch since I've been working from home.
