2 weeks of PSMF

Down from 191.0 to 181.6. Tbh not that satisfied so far, but only one more week to go. Gut and love handles have shrunk a bit, and separation has increased a little on the chest, shoulders, and back.

I definitely was hoping for more, but I started from a leaner physique than I have for previous fasts.

Spoiler!

Good work. Didn't you run this last year?

What was your start and finish weight?

I lost about 21 lb. in 21 days last time, which was early 2018. I won't lose that much this time for sure. I tried going fast-free for 2019, and saw some decent results.

My weight blew up at the end of the year though, following a massive strength training block and a 45-day high volume program that both had me eating everything in sight. Thought it was a good time to cut.

PSMF does wonders for the body, but do be careful 'bout your face. It really dries you out; wrinkles, bags under the eyes... I know from experience unfortunately

Interdasting, didn't realize being flat and dry caused that sort of stuff.

Yes, you stay dry as fk and flat as fk on this diet. When I carb up and get a pump, I will look loads bigger and fuller than the pics in the OP which is nice.
