What other free options besides Robinhood?

As of recent events, Robinhood covered for the financial institutes instead of their normal investors.

Any other options like Robinhood? Free trades, easy app to use, etc.?

CashApp owned by Square with Jack Dorsey of Twitter as their CEO has blocked purchases of Gamestop stocks lmao.

E-Trade, Fidelity, SoFi, WeBull, TD and plenty more. Most brokerages don't charge trades anymore if it's just stocks. #DeleteRobinhood

Most brokerages will charge less than $1.00 per contract.

I use TDA and it's 67 cents.

TD is free for normal equity trades. There's some small nominal fee for options, but it's not worth caring about.

I actually love TD 99.9% of the time. Their web interface blows, but their iPhone app is the tits

TD is less gay but they still have their problems. They went down once during March/April at opening and I lost like $7k in profits, still better than like 5 times with Robinhood.

Also regarding GME: “The bottom line is that clients are still able to trade in GME, but we’ve put some restrictions on certain types of transactions in the interest of helping mitigate risk for our clients,” Schwab said Wednesday in a statement."

They have physical locations and actual customer support though which is nice.

I called etrade yesterday. I was on hold for an hour. BUT the guy was very helpful transferring my account over to them and he answered my questions and was an American. I wired money over to them after I got off the phone too because they were helpful and I am gonna use them as my primary broker from now on. Their fees for options are kind of annoying but its alright

Can confirm on the spread. If you use RobbingHood, make sure to fuk the MMs by entering a lower bid and seeing if they'll move it. I've gotten bid-ask spread fuked before. Example: option says it's 4.95 but in reality the true price is 4.40. MMs just took 55 dollars from you MULTIPLIED by number of contracts. You're frontloaded by big bois like Citadel; RH makes you trade in 0.05 increments for many tickers. If you think about, same fukin cost at the end of the day. Nice GUI but chit customer experience.

See above why it doesn't matter in the end.

Am I the only piece of chit that primarily uses vanguard for just about everything? They’ve been great, never had a problem with them. Only reason I use them is because of my boomer dad showing me how to use I when I was like 16 so I’m familiar
