Anyone else cringe at all these gme traders?

"Hold the line!"

"Bro have you checked the short interest for gme?"

"Going yolo on amc"

"I'm not phucking selling!"

"This is what they get for treating the market like a casino" (proceeds to buy a phuck ton of yolo options on margin)

Thinking they are "democratizing" the market by hyping a chit video game ticker and taking down a stupid AF hedge fund.

Wow, really changed the world financial markets there. This is as cringeworthy as occupy wallstreet.

laugh while many of these people are walking away with large profit.

Aint nothing cringe about making gains on your investments. If many of these people lose their ass, let them.

You sound like a hater too, by the way, lol.

They are having fun.

If people are finding something to be excited about and rally behind I am happy for them.

Poorcel cope.

I'm not in GME, but I wish them all the very best in gains. Instead of begging for student loan forgiveness they'll make enough to pay that crap off.

I don't cringe at the money part(if they actually made impressive money)

The dude getting all hyped for earning 2k in a meme stock is pretty cringe though (90% of them)

I dont cringe, because some of them are making money.

But I do cringe at how easily sheep jump on to things they dont understand with money they are willing to waste away.

I know all the clowns arent so rich they can just throw money away on whims. Most Americans cant cover a mild emergency fund

Not a world changing event. Not even close. One hedge fund going down is nothing.

Lol if you arent already making 2k plus monthly on zero risk vanilla bonds and etfs. Making 5k on a amc pump dump scheme is honestly poverty investing.

Just LOL if you think Melvin were the only guys shorting the stock. When guys like Melvin or Citadel make a move, many other smaller hedgefunds follow. The impacts of this is going to effect the entire economy.

This is bigger than one hedge fund if the fund can't cover it goes to multiple banks potentially.

If it gets the average guy to put money aside for investing, I think it is great. Glad they are super excited about it.

Hopefully an event like this leads people to gain knowledge they otherwise would not have bothered to learn.

Yeah really good the average first time investor is pouring money into meme stocks and dog coin. Such a great event for everyone with little risk.

Wow, really changed the world financial markets there. This is as cringeworthy as occupy wallstreet.
Occupy Wallstreet didn’t cost hedge funds over 70 billion and counting. And the billionaires had champagne and laughed at the OWS people during the 08 crash, billionaires were throwing a tantrum on CNBC yesterday.

And I haven’t invested in Game Stop, for the record. But I find the Reddit people a lot more palatable than billionaires complaining about basement dwellers investing their stimulus check.

you just know how smug the fat greasy hedgefund managers will be if they make it out of this one. their god complexes will be propelled to all new heights. retail investors been getting shafted for years, and now they are getting their first big win and the hedgies are throwing a tantrum crying to mommy and daddy for support and bailouts
