When you were at your aesthetic peak doing only pull ups, push ups and lateral raises what split were you doing?

Routine

Monday
50 lb weighted push ups - 10 sets till failure (most I ever did was 25 reps first set)
10k steps
Lateral raises w bands - 10 sets till failure (was getting up to 30 reps first set)
Diamond push ups (no weight) - 3 or 4 sets (fuk the reps was exhausted)


Tuesday

Mid grip pull ups (20 lbs) - 10 sets all till failure (think I got to 23 reps and maybe 8 proper one)


Wednesday - Break or just go fuking walk for 15k steps

Thursday
50 lb weighted push ups - 10 sets till failure (most I ever did was 25 reps first set)
10k steps
Lateral raises w bands - 10 sets till failure (was getting up to 30 reps first set)
Diamond push ups (no weight) - 3 or 4 sets (fuk the reps was exhausted)



Friday
Mid grip pull ups (20 lbs) - 10 sets all till failure (think I got to 23 reps and maybe 8 proper ones)


10k steps per day - 2600 calories and 170-190 grams of protein

Brad - OT - kid got pretty banged up crashing into the boards -

Quetta suffered the injury crashing into the boards during a game Tuesday night. The North Providence, R.I. native underwent successful surgery Wednesday night, but he still has a long way to go in his recovery.
